Frequently Asked Questions

What is a crow top?

Crow Tops are one of Conscious by M's signature sustainable styles. Inspired by the appearance of scare crows, crow tops come in all different styles and colors, but often feature an exposed seam, a lettuce hem, and a unique combination of textures and fabrics.

How can I purchase an item?

A collection release date will be announced on @consciousbym on Instagram. All purchases will be made on consciousbym.com.

Do you restock items? How do I purchase an item?

Once a collection drops on the site, many of the items sell out soon after. I advise you stay updated on @consciousbym on Instagram for release dates.

I like an item you already sold. Can I order the same piece?

All items are 1of1 meaning they can not be replicated exactly the same again. There is something special about having a unique clothing item made just for you! All clothing is made of 100% recycled textiles so designs are subject to material availability.

Can I order a custom item?

All custom inquiries should be sent to contact@consciousbym.com or DM'd to @consciousbym on Instagram. I rarely open custom top slots on my website and focus more on creating for my collections.

Where can I find your previous work?

Previous collections are featured on our archive tab on the website and can also be seen on @consciousbym on Instagram.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. Orders outside of the United States may be subject to custom and duties fees payable by the customer. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

How do I wash my Conscious by M clothing?

All clothing is handmade and should be treated with care. Items are made of mixed materials and are best if hand/gentle washed and dried inside out.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

At Conscious by M, we are trying to discourage textile waste and would hate for our clothing to not be worn for various reasons. Please email at contact@consciousbym.com or DM @consciousbym on Instagram within 2 weeks of purchase for return or exchange inquiries.
